Amir was prompt and reasonable. I liked that he talked to me and discussed repairs and my laptop properties. He answered my questions and made suggestions to allow it to last a few years longer should I desire to make hardware improvements rather than invest in a new one. What can i say, i am very pleased with Amir’s work. After being told my computer was unfix-able and being returned to me in worse condition he was able to fix it! Amir helped me to retrieve the data from the hard drive on my laptop after it crashed. He was very professional and polite and kept me informed and educated throughout the process.
